The Sands seemed dead when I walked in.

Only a waitress, bouncer and bartender no dancers. I was asked to promply buy a drink and then no attention for 15 minutes. I should have left then. The bathrooms were unusable and the only two dancers were too skinny to be healthy.

After one lap dance of air I left and felt that low mileage, bad service, mildly attractive dancers and dirty bathrooms make the Sands a no go for a while.
