I stopped by this place on a tuesday night about 11pm, during a whirlwind trip of Lawrence clubs. The place itself is in the middle of nowhere, but it is the only building that is lit up at night so it is easy to spot. Inside the place is not your typical "Gentleman's Club". It's actually not even a bar. It's a BYOB juice bar, with the only refreshment being a combination pop/snack machine. Entry is $15, and you have to give $1 to the jukebox tip jar once and hour or you get the boot. Seriously. There are signs telling you this when you walk in and the manager also tells you. giving the dancers $$ on stage involves laying down and having the girls hover over your face with the kitty. Sometimes they'll grab your package as well, lift your shirt, and do other things. If this is how you like to tip the dancers on stage then I'd recommend it. That's not really my thing, though. Dances on stage are totally nude, with lots of kitty exposure. VIP dances are held in a small rooom to the right of the door. It's decently private, but only fits about 3 people. Dances are $30 for two, totally nude, mutual touch. No touching of the kitty (naturally). The place leaves a lot to be desired in terms of looks. Chairs are hard office type ones, mostly with the padding missing from the back. One thing other reviews have pointed out that I'd have to agree with is that the dancers do tend to ignore you. As I drove from Kansas City to get there I spent some time to see what would happen, but even when guys tipped heavily on stage, once the songs were done the girls would sit with their regulars. The night Iwas there there were three girls working - Karma, a goth tattooed white girl; Legs, a tall mized black/white girl and Alexis, a black girl. All were hot in that girl next door kind of way. I wanted a dance with karma, but she absolutely ignored all the guys in the place, even when the guys dwindled down ot only myself and one other (and no, I'm not a huge ugly monster. I'm a decent looking guy, especially compared to the one other guy left!). I did finally get some conversation with Legs, who was very nice and low pressure. We talked for a while and then I got a dance. She told me that some girls push the limits in the VIP but that she gave a "classy" fantasy type performace. I don't usually go for the "extras" so this was fine with me. The laps were enjoyable and she seemed to be into it, so a couple extra points there. One more thing - a big group of guys came in about midnight and one of them, at the time iwas leaving (about 1:30) was complaining to the manager about the girls not paying attention to anyone but the regulars. He told the manager they could make a lot more money if they didn't ignore people. He was a good looking guy and sounded like he had some $$$ to spend...overall, it might be decent but the ignoring didn't work for me.
