I took a date to the Den on a Friday night in September. Basically an entirely new set of dancers since my previous review based on a couple of visits in March. It was a 7-8 girl rotation through three stages. Most of the things are the same, although they've finished remodeling the secondary stages (e.g., stage two is now basically a circular area, floor level, with a rail and tables/seating around it). Prices and decor are about the same as before. While the dancer lineup was different, the medium-high quality was about the same ranging from a few overweight girls to a few with great bodies/looks, from clean-looking blondes to tattooed and pierced curvy goth dancers. Most had great attitudes. One thing that hasn't changed, and the reason I took a date, is that couples are very welcome and the dancers tend to get wild with them. My date got pulled up on stage with her top removed entirely to have a mutual grope session with a couple of the dancers, and the wife in another couple was a bit wilder still. I agree with the reviewer who described the club as hit and miss. A slow night with down dancers is a possibility, but on a good night the club can be quite good, with decent contact stageside and lapdances. On a slow night you can always just grab a beer and shoot some pool like at a regular bar, too.
