Many years afo, I had been assignesd to the Champaign-Urbana area. Silver Bullet was always fun and the girls were reasonably attractive. Trouble is you are so far away from civilization that your perceptions are certainly altered. What was missing for me was that nasty factor that makes going to club a true man adventure.

Nevertheless, on a recent tour through the midwest, I had to detour through C-U to see if things had changed. Not much. Still has that too well lit and too wholesome feel. Likely to keep the local bluehairs and busy bodies at bay. You won't find trouble here, but all in all, not a bad place to kick back and see some pretty young things.
