Made a stop at Lady Godiva's...

Made a stop at Lady Godiva's a couple of weeks ago. I was back in WV visiting relatives in Huntington. It was a Saturday night and I had not been there in several months. Thought I would check it out and see what was going on. Not much had changed about the place. The most notable difference is that they are back to selling beer, instead of giving it away. You still pay a $20 cover, and the beers are now $1.00 a bottle (used to be free). Still not a bad deal for a strip club. I believe you can also get a small pitcher for 5 bucks - not bad at all. Of course I'm sure the house drinks for the ladies are still high priced. I didn't find that out because I was not approached by any of the girls about me buying anything for them. I mainly just sat at the bar. It looks like a new bevy of girls are working there. Most of them are young and for the most part good looking - not a fat chick in the bunch from what I saw. It was a pretty good crowd for the place as well. I guess this place has become a well established spot in the area. It's been there going on 11 years and I'd say it will be there for quite a few years to come if the laws don't change too drastically in WV (which I'm guessing they won't - nothing else ever does there, ha-ha). Anyway, I didn't stay too long. The next time I'm back there I might make an evening of it. Still a good place to go.
