On a recent weekday afternoon I spent time at both the Underground and Divas. I've been in both before, but over a year ago. Unfortunately, it seemed to be an off day for both clubs.

Underground had a bunch of fine looking dancers, but only one of them was really into it. When I sat at the rail to tip her, I got lots of attention, and a decent amount of contact. But the woman who was dancing when I decided it was time to go was going through the motions so superficially that I decided I'd had enough. The other 5 or so dancers I tipped fell somewhere in between these two, but none came all that close to the really good one.

I suppose some days -- or some hours -- are just that way in clubs. Oh well.
