I went here on a Tuesday...

I went here on a Tuesday night because it was just around the corner from my hotel. The neighborhood felt a bit sleazy but I didn't feel like I was in any danger walking to and from. The place is a dive - small wooden tables and wooden chairs on a linoleum floor. But I didn't go there to study interior decorating. Great beer, really cheap - about $1 per beer.

I was a bit short on RON (currency changed a couple of years ago from ROL to RON - long story, so read about that elsewhere), but the girls were happy to get US$ for tips. Quality of girls was all over the scale, from some high 8's to 3's, and they circulate to give very full contact lapdance, whether you ask for it or not. There were a couple of heifers who I would have preferred to pass on but since there were only about 4 guys in there and everybody else was going for it I would have felt rude telling a girl no.

Basically, the dancer comes and straddles you, and a lot of touching is allowed. If you give her a tip she stays for a couple of minutes. Keep the money coming and it gets hotter. I don't speak Romanian, and the girls in this place only spoke "intro English" - How are you? Where are you from? You like? But it was clear that for just a bit of extra money you could negotiate just about anything.
