Fun Club

Checked this place out 10:ish on a Thursday night. First plus in the column-well lit, on street parking lot-as I mention endlessly, Montreal is experiencing an auto theft epidemic and you cannot be too careful where and how you park. Be careful out there, people. Anyway, entering the bar requires climbing a flight of stairs and then the standard $5 CA at the door. From the door the bar is to the left, some games in an anteroom beyond that, bathrooms an immediate right, a DJ booth straight ahead with a stage just past that, another bar in the far back right corner and then curtained booths lining the corner walls in the stage area.

Had a seat at the bar and a beer was $7.75 CA. Not bad. There were about 10 girls milling about but not really approaching anyone. Variety of builds and ethnicities. There were a few guys in there but the place felt a bit subdued. I was approached by Paulette, blonde, athletic build with some tats and asked her if we would be seeing any stage action anytime soon-she replied that it was too early for that and the place was just getting going for the night. There's a few spots in the Montreal area that don't really hit their groove until midnight and this appeared to be one of them. The mellow vibe didn't bother me at all-a couple of stage dances would've been nice but the booth dances were pretty solid-at a very reasonable $15 CA per, too! Paulette gave a nice grinding dance in the back that had me feeling that the extra drive was worth the gas.

Caught another beer and caught another dance this time from London, mixed hardbody with a great rack. Very enthusiastic dance, gotta say it would have been easy to justify spending an hour in there with her but I bailed after three songs.

Didn't ask about extras and no one offered but something tells me with the right girl at the right time an arrangement could be made.

So, here it is-the parking and layout work for me, the beer and dances are priced pretty well and there were enough hotties working to make this club worth a return visit.
