Christy's Tempe Thursday June 11 Evening

I went with a friend who is kind of a chick-magnet. Lots of gals spends lots of time talkin to him but he rarely gets more than 1 dance. He is a disabled vet on a meager disability income. But has the gift to gab, unlike myself.

There were very few clients, and many of the regular dancers were not there. My friend knows many of the staff, as well as the 3 waitress gals, the young guy who manages the floor to help folks (very nice) and the bathroom troll he always talks to.

A few dancers talked to my friend, and he introduced them to me. However, the only dancer I had a direct conversation with was the German dancer. But she was in a chair opposite our little two-seat tables, and with her not next to me or in my lap, I had a terrible time hearing her well over the noise of the music playing and her German accent. She wasn't really my type, so she declined the dancers, even though she was trying to be very nice.
