Nostalgic for the Old Days

It used to be, on a nice summer Sunday evening, when I’d be driving back from the shore, a stop at Risque would find a great mix of young, cute Jersey girls trying to solve their daddy issues and experienced dancers who were skilled at extracting my money (among other things). It was a great way to extend the weekend fun.

It wasn’t like that on this night.

Risque Philadelphia is easy off I-95 in the city, has parking around the club and in a safe parking lot across the street. It was $10 to get in (metal detector but no ID scan). There’s a center bar surrounding two stages, a raised bottle service area to the left, some raised tables to the right, lapdance area to back left, “champagne room” to the back right, and restrooms in the far back (with an inattentive troll). There are a couple of satellite stages which weren’t being used.
