Decent club, attractive dancers, tame but pleasant dances
Ritz Cabaret was on the edge of the Fells Point neighborhood, which is full of bars, shops, and restaurants. The vibe can change from one street to the next in Baltimore, but this neighborhood was decent. It felt much less sketchy than the infamous Block, which was not far away. I don't know what parking would entail, since I walked from my hotel closer to the harbor.
There was an ID check (no scan) and pat down on the way in, and then a $15 cover. The club was deep and narrow. They had a small bar and then a long thin stage ran down one wall, with several sets of couches facing it. They had an upstairs balcony area with more individual seating that looked down on the stage.
A bottle of water was about $5; I don't recall the exact price.
