The Admiral used to be a fabulous club, definitely one of the best in the Chicago area for many years. However, changes talent and offerings by other clubs in the suburbs have taken the shine off of this place.

The Good: The Admiral Theater is located in northwest Chicago, not far from downtown or O'Hare, easily accessible via public transportation or taxi. All other clubs in the city are topless or pasties, but the Admiral remains a full nude show. Nice decor, though somewhat gaudy, and comfortable seating. Staff is generally pleasant. Nude table dances are reasonably priced at $10 a song. Every month or so they have feature entertainers for a few days. For example this month was Julia Ann.

The Bad: Cover charge is HIGH. $25 on the weekends plus a $5 non-alcoholic drink. Table dances and VIP dances only, the latter of which are just a few inches closer than the former. No touching, no extras. Private booths are exposed and offer nothing worth mentioning. Also no alcohol and no smoking in the club.
