This is probably the club I go to in Chicago more than any other, and have basically made it one of my 2 favorites in the greater Chicago area (the other is Club O). The club is on the smaller side and sometimes can be short on girls. The girls seem to stay there for quite a while so they must be treated fairly well. You'll find that the afternoon girls are pretty friendly and if you do more than 1 or 2 dances most of the girls will let you roam your hands. The night bouncers are around more often, so you don't get to sample quite as well, but like most clubs the girls are hotter at night so I guess it's all in what you like, but I personally prefer the day shift. All in all a nice place to drink, watch girls and play. Only problem dances are on the expensive side and the songs are a little short for $30. Other than that a really fun place to go...
