Hot dancers, good stage show, decent dances.

I visited Palomino on a Tuesday evening, arriving around 9:30pm. I walked over from Jerry's Nugget across the street. The randomized cover odds were in my favor this time, as I was let in without paying anything at all. The amount charged seems to be the whim of the door guy. A bottle of water was about $6; I don't remember exactly.

The club hasn't changed in a while. The main stage stretches out from the back wall into the room, with seats adjacent and then tables (all with reserved signs on them). There are a few high-top tables near the bar, with some view of the stage, and some stools at the bar with a very poor view of the stage. On this visit the club was slow, and it was easy to get a seat at the stage.

The stage performances continue to be excellent at Palomino. The dancers all performed. On this night there wasn't much done on the pole, but there was some good floor work and general dancing about. Dancers all got nude on stage over the course of two songs. Previous trips had three-song rotations, so maybe that was something different due to the weeknight/slow business. Tipping generated a bit of attention, but not any interaction (with the exception of one woman at the stage that was given a motorboat). I like a good stage show as part of my club experience, and Palomino remains one of the few clubs that does a nice job with this.
