Mehhh Monday
I stopped into the 19th Hole after work on a Monday. Overall, it was relatively dead and disappointing. I will chalk it up to a slow Monday.
19th Hole is in a residential suburban neighborhood. There are no issues with parking and it's safe. You walk in and go past the doorman (no cover charge during the day). There is a large oval bar with the stage and two poles in the middle. Take a seat at the bar and the dancers will go onstage for two songs and come around for tips. There are two private rooms area. One is $20 every 4 minutes and has some but limited privacy. The other is $30 every 4 minutes and is private.
This particular visit was underwhelming. There was one other patron and I saw four other dancers. Two of the four never left their barstool and stayed on their phone for the hour that I was there. I was approached by Monica, a more shapely or full figured AA dancer who is probably about 40. I have had dances with her before and remember her from her days at 7th Heaven. I bought her a drink ($8) and had two beers myself. We had a nice conversation and she offered a dance. There was some barside handshakes but I wasn't really feeling it.
