Short visit interrupted for some real fun.
Stopped by Friday afternoon (7/25). This was not a busy afternoon for Curves. It was maybe half full. Still...just busy enough for all 3 stages to be in use. The previous Friday (7/18), I spent a couple hundred dollars on Genevieve, at the reef, so I wasn't planning on spending much this time at Curves. I headed straight to the bar, purchased a $10 pitcher of diet coke, and took a seat on a stool. Curves runs a lot of beer & shot specials. A shot of Patron is $12, and a bottle of Corona is $9.
Twenty is a good over/under on the number of dancers working at Curves on any given afternoon. There isn't much in the way of diversity. Around 75-90% of the dancers will be Cuban. The rest are usually white or American Latina. Fortunately, there is plenty of diversity in body types. Lots of spinners, curvy, & thick dancers. Unlike the Reef, Curves dancers also tend to be at least good looking, with plenty that are an 8 or above.
While it wasn't particularly crowded, most of the dancers were working the room. The first one to catch my eye was a 5'4 tatted blonde named Sapphire first. She was giving one guy some really good floor dances. Then...a petite, slim, brunette walked by. Fucking gorgeous. She seemed to look somewhat familiar, but I wasn't sure.
