In general, over the last few years SF clubs have gone downhill dramatically as they've basically consolidated to one major operator and a couple of smaller ones. While the scene in general isn't as good as it was during the dotcom era - there were plenty of amazingly beautiful women who came out to California to strike it rich and ended up stripping instead, and Mayor Willie Brown pretty much was on the payroll of the strip clubs so SF was one of the better experiences outside of Canada - what's left isn't that bad. Crazy Horse is probably the best of the major operated ones.

Three areas here. Main stage has anywhere between one to three dancers and feature acts, and the standard roving private dancers looking for paydirt. They range between reasonably aggressive to outright bored ones sitting around with regulars, nothing special to note. Second area is a lapdance room, for I believe $40. Third area are the curtained off booths, where you actually get can get a significant amount of action if you want, with prices in the $200ish range for 3-5 songs by negotiation. Crazy Horse uses this weird token system - each token is $20 - so I'm not sure how much you can cut off the price with negotiation.

I'd give the dancers somewhere between a 6-7 or so - only a couple were really in the 10 range, but there weren't really any ones below 4 or 5 on a weeknight; I'd assume weekends are better. Lots of Asians and Filipinos, but its San Francisco so that's not surprising. Probably the best overall value in SF versus what you'll be paying at the Gold Club or Hustlers for less.
