Striking Gold

I've come here several times and had a very different experience each time. If you only read this far, in summary, your experience will vary quite wildly depending on the girl you spend your time and money on.

From the outside(and even the inside), appearance wise there's nothing special about this place, feels like any other club near Portland. The main difference in appearance is how large it is. The layout with the different stages is nice, they also have an outdoor patio. Every time I've gone its been relatively empty, personally I don't mind because I like being able to sit at or near the stage without waiting for a seat to open up. It seems this place is mostly full of regulars, so pretty chill overall. When I've sat at the stage I generally feel like I get the attention I want.

I don't think I've ever paid cover here, there's a door guy but that's about it. The bar is pretty large with a good variety. Drink prices are typical however they do have an above average tap list if you are into that. $5-7 for beer, I think cocktails are closer to $10 but I don't usually buy those except for the dancers.
