It was dead on a Tuesday

TL;DR: Hours are 5 PM to 6 AM. Cover is free until 7 PM. This Tuesday evening, one stripper was working at 7, one additional was working by 9. Got an OK dance from the former and a ‘meh’ dance from the latter..

My fiancée and I (F/M, upper-30s) visited the Admiral on an early Tuesday evening. This is her first time visiting a strip club. Last time I was here or at any strip club was 15+ years ago.

We arrived around 6:45, getting in on the free cover from 5:00-7:00 (thank goodness). There was plenty of street parking available, which is good because they weren’t offering valet at the time. We went in, they checked ID but didn’t scan it, and walked through a metal detector. They showed us to the main room and said we could sit at any of the tables we’d like except for the back-center section of the room that was roped off for non-private dances and strippers looking at their phones. They gave us a flyer for free admission in the future and a couple of flyers about upcoming events. They don’t serve alcohol but do allow BYOB. A few minutes after getting seated, the waitress/bartender came by and we got bottles of water for $6 each to go along with the drinks we brought in.
