Never Again on a Sunday Afternoon

I have been to Good Guys many, many times over the last 30 years or so, but my most recent trip might well have been my last. I had low expectations for a visit early in the afternoon on a Sunday, but the experience was very poor. The website claimed that there would be six dancers on the schedule, but in fact there were only three. One of those was sitting with the only other customer when I arrived. She looked slim and attractive from the brief glimpse I got, but she soon disappeared with the guy into the back rooms and I never saw her again during the hour I stayed there.

The other two dancers were both overweight and distinctly unattractive. They took turns dancing on the middle of the three stages, doing a three song set and getting nude by the end. However, I just didn’t find the display appealing at all. One of them came over to talk to me, but she didn’t stay long when she sensed my disinterest. I stuck around hoping to get another look at the third dancer, but she never reappeared. I looked at the lapdance prices on the menu card on the table out of curiosity, but they were ridiculously expensive. The cheapest option was $100 for “2-4-1”, which would have equated to about 6 minutes, since the songs fade out after about 3 minutes. It was $150 for 10 minutes and $200 for 15 minutes. After that, the prices kept rising (although drinks were included). There is even a $3,000 option for the “Owners Room”.

My one domestic beer cost $15, which I thought was way too high.
