New York State of Mind

Frankfort, NY. Saturday night. The nearby city is Utica. The area has seen better times, as the rust belt goes. Neighborhood seems real safe to me. Plenty of parking around the building. Walk on in. Heavy set chick at the bar, asks for $10 and in you go. Layout is bar on the left, next to it is one main stage, one girl up at a time and dances out over to the right at $10 a song. Customers were all solo older white guys, about 8 or 9 or so. The lady that I guess runs the place, real nice older gal she came over to chat and say hello.

Dancers. Not a good lineup, below average. 3 dancers and heavyset white bartender around 40 or so also got up there on stage. Most girls 30's-40's range age wise. All looked natural. Other than the bartender. One black chick, looked like she just had a baby, out of shape, one blonde chick that looked like there was some severe drug use going on, not a good body and the only chick that looked decent was some brunette white chick with glasses. Maybe about a 6 at best I would give her. She was ok. So talent wise I might go 1-6 range.

I'm aware this is a high mileage spot/good value that ain't nothing but just didn't see anything for my tastes. And the guys were going back with these girls, so somebody was at least having fun. This place like the area itself has probably seen better days, just not for me on this night. I don't like going too hard on these little mom and pop strip joints though, especially when it's a small operation, everyone was real friendly and nice, comfortable atmosphere, maybe you guys you see something you like as the price is definitely right.
