Dive bar with dancers, in a good way

I was in Evansville for work, and thought I'd stop by to check out the Lucky Lady to fill my evening. Overall, had a great experience and will definitely be back.

I parked on the street, but there was a lot across the street that was well lit. Bouncer was friendly and scanned ID after going through metal detector. Cover was $10. Bar is off to the left and elevated stage is to the right with seating all the way around. Long couch style seating along each edge, and small tables in front. Couch dance room in the back corner and VIP by the bar. Very much a dive bar feel, in a good way. The one drawback is the amount of smoke. Even on a slow night, with minimal smokers in the building, I still smelled like an ashtray leaving. Two poles and a ring on stage, and for the first portion of the night there were always 2 dancers on stage, until around midnight when a few dancers had left, and they moved to just 1 at a time. Music was highly varied, and based on each dancer's choice for their stage set. Crowd leaned slightly to older white guys, with a couple younger groups of 2 or 3 that seemed to be friends with the dancers. It wasn't too busy, but it was a cold Tuesday night. I'd say there were 5-10 others when I arrived, peaked at about 25, and about 5-10 when I left.

The dancers were, for the most part, all very attractive. There seemed to be a good mix, but mostly thin white girls, with a couple of black dancers, and one that seemed to be latina or mixed. There were about 10 when I first arrived, and as things slowed down towards midnight, a few of them had left. By the time I was leaving around 1, there were only 4 left. Most seemed pretty happy and all that I interacted with were very friendly. There were a couple that would just sit alone on their phone if they weren't on the stage, but most were working the room and introducing themselves. I had multiple dancers that sat with me for a while, and ended up getting a dance with 2 of them. None of the dancers put a ton of pressure on a dance or VIP, which was a nice change of pace and personally made me more inclined to spend money on them.
