Cold as fuck in Milwaukie, but new name for the Gold Club > Dolphin

I was out in the burbs on that car lot strip along McLaughlin, on a freezing ass cold day, needing some caffeine, and remembered there was a bikini coffee stand out front of the Gold Club. So coffee and tiddies seemed like a good plan. When I pulled in the lot I noticed the sign has changed, indicating a new name for the club. Actually an old name, as it is now back to being called Dolphin. Anyway the coffee stand was closed, damnit. So I parked to go in and see if things had changed. Exterior is now painted black, and it has been a while since I was last there, so don't know if that's new or not. Inside I didn't notice anything different. Same stage setup, one main with a slightly thick latina dancing, and one (or is it two) secondary stages where I have never seen anyone dancing. Decent bar, with a tv above showing sports. I asked for a coffee, cause it was fucking freezing out and needed something hot. She said she'd have to make some. Nevermind, says I, and ordered a beer. I think it was 8 bucks. Reached in my pocket to pay and realized I had exactly zero cash. Fuck! Paid with my card (which I never do in strip clubs but I had the beer so...) but no way am I going to pull cash from a strip club atm, cause I'm a cheap mf and wary of card skimmers. So no cash to tip or buy lapdances. Made me feel like an even bigger PLoser. I watched a couple of girls do uninspiring dances and then go back to their table bundled up against the cold. No knockouts but no fuglies either. One shapely light skinned black girl came over and tried to lure me to the back, and I was too embarassed to say I had no money, so I made an excuse that I had to go. Rumors are a good time can be had here, for a price with the right lady. My hodar was tingling too, and I briefly considered that atm. But alas, my better judgment won out. Finished my beer, took a piss in the, more or less decent for a strip club restroom, and split back out to the cold as fuck wasteland of Milwaukie Oregon, still needing coffee. Welcome to the same old new Dolphin club.
