A Thursday night in Denver

I’m reporting on a Thursday night in Denver.

I went to Rick’s early, shortly after opening. There was no cover and cheap(er) drinks because they said it was happy hour. One other dude there and me. A dancer on the stage and that was it. The bartender was cuter than the dancer, as often seems to be the case.

For whatever reason, the stage didn’t have a pole.
