Gringo goes to Showcase. Amazing talent, weird private VIP, but amazing time

Alright mongs, long time listener first time caller. A good friend was randomly in town for the weekend and was asking for a guys night - so I told him about this hole in the wall club that was supposed to have incredible Latina talent, and somewhat sketch VIP policies. No place like Showcase.

Showcase (and Bodyshop) are in an industrial area in a working class town between DC and Baltimore, the club looks like a refurbished house from the outside, parking in lot next door and protected but fills up fast (was full by 1030p). I would not drive anything bigger than a pickup in the area. The club is BYOB and in addition to $20 (before 930p) or $30 (after 930p) cover there’s a $5 red solo cup charge to BYOB. FWIW, there’s a liquor store 5min away and if you need to keep your beer cold, they have a mini-fridge for you (and worked well for closed containers). We drank all night for $20 of cold beer we walked in with.

I’ve been to VIP focused clubs, I’ve been to private lap dance focused clubs, and this was something else. This was a public lap dances focused club. The layout is a low stage (3ft off ground) stage with a row of swivel chairs in front of it, with a walkway and the more typical tables and chairs behind. The whole space is probably 30 x 50ft, with a urinal bathroom only.
