Nice Sunday Visit With Summer

Although I haven't always had a great experience, I do enjoy going to Club Desire, and try to drop in when I am passing through Rhode Island. Most of the time, I am traveling on business, and so I go on weekdays, but this time I decided to drop in on a Sunday. I actually like Sundays because the vibe is pretty laid back, and there is not much competition for the girls' attention. The selection isn't always the greatest, but you can always find a few lookers.

Club Desire is rather small, compared to a few other Providence clubs. Most of the club is taken up by two squarish bars, each of which probably seats 30 people. In front of the bars are a dozen small tables that can fit 2-4 people, and the main stage is in front of that. The stage is decent size, and can accommodate a fair amount of spectators along all three sides. There is a pole, and the girls do a three song rotation. Almost every time that I have been there, it seems that a girl only needs to dance once per shift, but that's never true on Sundays. Depending on how early you get there, you might see a girl go up on stage 2 or 3 times. They probably go up more often than that, but I never stay that long.

Behind the bars is the DJ booth, a roped off VIP area (that I have never seen used...probably because I visit during the days; never at night), and the private dance rooms ($25 regular; $35 nude). There is a smaller stage off to the right, that I have only seen used for auditions, or during the parties.
