Clean and Nice place, Dead Experience

I have visited this place few times evening and nights over last year. There is generally set of 4-5 girls who want to sit in a corner and chat amongst themselves. You can go up to them and tip them, they still go back to their group and are not interested. The bartenders talk to you more. If there is an odd dancer who is ok to talk she has a regular identified and will be with them for hours without getting a dance but won't talk to anyone else. VIP is generally not expensive if you can get some girl to talk for 2 minutes to get her to give you VIP.

The place is maintained well and clean. But I wonder how this place stays afloat without anyone offering dances.
