Like Vegas clubs, but in a bad way, expensive, no mileage

I want to like this place but whether its the culture now in Baltimore or city rules (likely the latter), you cannot have fun, even high mileage fun in the city. For some reason, my iphone was giving awful directions and resetting itself all over Baltimore the latter half of the week (DC was fine). After resetting, I finally got straight directions to this place and even then it was easy to miss. Depending on how you get there, there is a small driveway entrance to an incredibly small parking lot, like holds 6 cars. I parked the on the street for free after 10 pm (I am also notorious for not paying for parking anywhere especially on the street). I don't know how much parking is, wasn't hassled about parking on the street. $20 entry. $6 diet coke.

Anyway, it's Vegas-like/lite on the inside. There is elevated seating upon entrance to the right. In the sunken-like living room is the main bar, U-shaped next to the bathroom and ATM. To the right of elevated seating is the LDA. The elevated area has like long sectional seating and two poles (might have been one), at the bottom are tables and chairs. It looked like these poles were used for parties that like to make it rain. At the end of the bar was more seating around a small stage. From the stage a dancer can walk up on bar (watch your drinks!). From the small stage there is an upstairs to somewhere. Around the bar, PLs seem to be expected to tip. I sat at the bar for part of the time and I tipped there as well.

The frustrating part of this club is that the girls are hot. Easily the hottest girl in Baltimore. 7 was the minimum, average trended toward 7.5/8, all colors, mostly fit, if not facially also good looking. However, dances were terrible. Girls did work the room, which I appreciated, but it was always the "we can have more fun in one of the VIP rooms." One girl Dylan did admit that it's the same as the LDA, you just get more minutes/$. Dylan is hot, 8.5/9, nicely done rack, brunette, very fit. But, as my friend who is stationed in DC predicted, "she will not take her top off, she will tell you she will in the private room, she might do that in the last half, half of your dance will be air, no touching above waist, and she will ask you for a tip." He was 100% correct (except for the private room stuff since i didn't get one). If I was here longer than a week or two, I would try hard to see who would give high mileage, but my friend already tried and said it's "no bueno." Oh, and like other clubs in the area, the stage dancing is long, but the actual lap dance song is short at most 3mins. Lap dances are $40. You pay up front to the guy, so I don't think you can workout a 3/$100 deal. Girls were selling the VIP room, but as I say in my reviews, my mind instantly turns off the first time I hear about VIP room costs.
