Definitely Avoid the clubs on Scottsdale Rd, Bones included

Unfortunately not much to report here other than the strip clubs along Scottsdale Rd being pretty low quality compared to what Phoenix has to offer. Bones might be better than Dream Palace but that really isn't saying much. I was with a group of friends Friday night and they wanted to go to a strip club, but didn't want to go far and someone suggested Bones. We arrived somewhere between 10-11pm and cover was $20. Venue is pretty small, the stage is in the center of the room and there are seats all around the stage, and then there are booths in the perimeter of the walls. The vibe is definitely more grungy and dive bar like. The private area for VIP is at the back, but I didn't even bother venturing or inquiring about prices because it was pretty clear this place was stingy and low mileage either way. I think my friend was quoted $300 to go to the back but he declined. In terms of quality of girls, it's really nothing special but they still have attractive women there. Mostly skinny to average body types. There is always a rotation of girls on the stage but it didn't feel as inviting as a place like Jaguars where it's more "interactive" where you can put bills in thongs and lightly slap their ass. Lap dances are $20 and they just take you to the side seating, in general pretty much no touching which might just be a club thing. Some of the dancers would just ask if you wanted a dance straight up, some took the time to sit down with you and chat for a bit but the vibes always felt transactional and there was low effort to develop chemistry. I clearly was not having a good time so I only took 1 lap dance for 2 songs and then spent the rest of the time seated near the stage just throwing some bills every too often so the damage was only $60. As I said there was like no touching and there was low chemistry so it wasn't that enjoiabke. Towards the end of the night one of the dancers did take a liking to my friend and he threw probably like $20 when she was on stage. At the end she asked if he wanted to get a lap dance and he said it was the last of his money and she just gave a comped lap dance to him lol. The one "good" part was one of the dancers must have been bored and even though I told her I wasn't interested in getting a lap dance she was happy to just chat for like 30 minutes because she was pretty much at the end of her shift and wanted to kill time. Overall I was there for about an hour and definitely would not go back considering there's a bunch of other options. I think in the South Scottsdale/Tempe area LeGirls would likely be your best bet, and you want to avoid Bones, Skins, and Dream Palace at all costs.
