Paper moon - the only game in town

I live in Springfield near Paper Moon. I have not been since before Covid. Decided to pay a visit. Some changes noticed. Bathrooms redone (very needed), so that was good. You walk up to the front door and the doorman asks for a cover ($5 before 8pm). Then makes a copy of your driver’s license, which I’m not crazy about, and then wands you to make sure no weapons on your person. This would normally not be too bad, but feels awkward to put someone through that outside on the sidewalk outside the bar.

Once inside, there are 2 stages (only 1 operational during daytime hours). Happy Hour used to be 12-8pm (which was amazing), now it’s been shortened to 4-7pm. Dances are 2 for $100. This club is a pasty only club, so for me, the lap dance should not be $50. I know they are the only club in Springfield, but seriously, at $20, guys would non-stop get lap dances. Laptop (at least the $100 one) was okay. Too fast and $100 gone, with decent mileage but again with pasties.

Another disappointing change they’ve made is a Dollar bill changer. You put a $20 in the machine and get back $18 in 1’s. 10% service charge to use a bill changer to get $1s to spend in their bar.
