Checking out Pumps

Last week I was in New York for a couple of days and ended up checking out Pumps on back to back nights, both after midnight.

Pumps is a building right on the side of the road. I got dropped off by an Uber, so can’t speak to the parking situation.

When you enter, you walk up a few stairs and are greeted by a large man who is sitting and waves you through. No cover! This is especially notable because someone will be asking you for money every other minute you are here.

To your immediate right are bathrooms and an atm. Looking forward you realize this is a small, rectangle shaped room. Bar is to the right, with girls dancing behind it. To the left are a few small tables to sit at. Not a lot of space. At the end of the room is where a lot of the girls hangout before dancing, as well as the lap dance room at the end to the left.
