La Pearl scratched an itch like no other club does

I arrived at La Pearl on a Tuesday around 6pm. The club is in west Philly, and is really two clubs in one. La Pearl is on the first floor and Outer Space Club is on the second floor. A $10 cover gives you access to both clubs. There is only street parking, and I tend to park on Haverford Ave.

On this visit, I only went to La Pearl. It is basically a long, narrow bar with no stage. Dances are done at the bar on stools, with the seat farthest away from the entry door being the most coveted for guys looking for extras. I didn't get a drink because I saw the dancer I was hoping to see right away and wanted to waste no time getting dances with her.

She recognized me from dances we had done before and we went to the back of the bar. The last seat at the bar was taken, but there is a seat across from that one that has a small round table in front of it. Not sure what the table is for.
