Too much pre-tipping for Thursday $80 15 min VIP rooms now...

Went on a Thursday afternoon (round 5pm) with a friend. Hadn't been for half a year and wanted to see what has changed. I first started coming here 2 years ago, and had a lot of good experiences with the $80 15 min VIPs during the daytime. Most dancers didn't ask for tip up front, and the 15 min VIP was decently high mileage. Of course, I always tipped at the end (usually $20) and so I felt $100 for a good / intimate 15 min LD session was worth it.

The last few times I came this was not the case. And even more so this recent time. I know this could really be dependent on dancer to dancer, but I feel like the majority of the dancers here now expect tip BEFORE the 15 min VIP dance, and essentially will just give you an air dance if you don't comply. They say all $80 goes to the house, and that they only get money from tips...

I don't come here enough, or know the ins and outs of this club, so I can't tell if that's true or not. But even still, it's a total mood killer to tip pre-dance, and I just generally think it's bad form. I've been going to strip clubs for over 2 decades lol. Only these last few years have pre-tipping really become a thing at clubs and I'm not feeling it whatsoever.
