Delilah's continues to set the standard for Philly for quality of girls - not necessarily value of activity. The night I was there I arrived around 9:30 which is usually the time when all the night shift girls have actually arrived and are working. The floor was quite busy - most of the clients were still dressed in work attire indicating the general upscale nature of this club.

I bypassed the 'front' bar - which is usually a good place to hang out to get ladies' attention because it is a high traffic area - but this night it was too crowded so I went to the back bar to order a domestic $8 and find a seat.

Standard 3 song rotation for each girl - most of them wait until the 2nd song to get topless and then rotate off into the 'disappear' zone after song 3 at the middle pole.

Tipping at the stage is typically limited so making the effort can go a long way to getting someone's attention.

Dancers here are the best looking in town - quite a good ethnic mix. The number of eastern European blondes seems to vary greatly depending on the season. Only maybe 1 or 20 girls shouldn't be dancing -- the % is much higher in other Philly clubs.
