Maiden Voyage:Day 1 of 3

This review will cover getting into Tijuana, Hotel Rizo, and Bar Tropical. Future reviews to include Hong Kong Gentlemen's Club and Chicago Club.

Entering Tijuana: Obviously this has been touched on multiple times by Mongers but as a newbie felt it could still be helpful for fellow fledglings to grow confidence in the simplicity and relative safety of this process. Before arriving I downloaded the Pronto app on my iphone and loaded it with $10 knowing each trip was only $2.50 a pop. I arrived at San Diego Airport at 6 PM PST and based on multiple accounts of the efficient public transportation I decided to take the bus/trolley ride to San Ysidro/Ped East crossing. I caught the 992 right outside the terminal and arrived at American Plaza (Big Sante Fe sign) seen from the bus in about 15 minutes. From there i crossed the road and followed the signs to the Blue Line trolley headed to San Ysidro. I boarded the trolley right around 6:30-6:45 and found an empty seat near the back of the train. It is about a 1 hour trip to the border so i had ample time to watch some netflix and people watch.
