Two Dancers, Not Charged Cover on a Wednesday Visit

Arrived at about 2:00 pm on a Wednesday. Only a few cars in the pot hole-filled lot. The doorman was outside having a smoke. When I got to the door he said they weren't charging the usual $5 cover because there was only 1 dancer in the bar. I sat down at the bar and got my usual $7 drink and left a $5 tip for the waitress.
