Pretty typical club experience.

I was on a cross country trip, stopped at a motel and the club was right there on frontage road. Area was reasonably safe, dumpy motels with transients and down on their luck types but no real red flags. The bar had some weird adult place next to it that looked to be where the down low guys meet, ramshackle building looked like it was condemned.

Went in the club, they have a no sleeveless shirts and no open toe shoes dress code. LOL. High class. I got there at the end of "happy hour" which ends at 7PM so did not have to pay a cover. I think it is ten or fifteen after that.

Drinks were reasonable, around 5 for a domestic beer and 7 or 8 for a mixed I bought for a dancer. Not cheap and not a complete gouge. Club was clean, several security types that did not seem to be power tripping. They helped the dancers on and off the stage which was in the middle of the room. Another was off in a corner but saw no use on this evening. They had a troll in the men's room expecting a buck every time you wash your hands, but he did have an impressive cologne collection and plenty of mints.
