Iowa Girls Don't Disappoint.

Never been to a club in Cedar Rapids, but this one seemed to have a good reputation and I'm a fan of full-nude clubs, so I checked it out while passing through the area on a recent Friday night.

The club is located a couple of miles off of I-380 in an area with not much immediately around it. The building is well-marked but the parking lot entrance isn't; you have to go down a short access road beside it and enter from the back corner, street-wise. After an entry fee of either $10 or $15 (I forget which, and I think it depends on how early you get there), I stepped into the main room. It's a mid-sized club centered around a round, single-pole stage, with a second, longer stage off to the side which is put into use during busier periods and the areas for private dances through a doorway off to the side. Like most (all?) Iowa nude clubs, this is BYOB if you want alcohol, and some guests did; if you get the munchies or want something non-alcoholic, there are vending machines near the private dance area.

I arrived around 9 p.m. to find the club only modestly busy; I was told business was lighter than usual, but the club also doesn't get truly busy until after midnight. Perhaps a dozen dancers were present when I arrived, but several more came in while I was there. They go up on stage one at a time for three songs (to a VERY eclectic musical selection!), and most or all were bottomless by the third song. I saw a fairly standard mix of dancers circulating vs. hanging out together vs. ensconced with regulars, and a good variety of mostly-white girls with a small handful of ethnic girls. Hardly an elite assemblage, but few were complete turn-offs and a few were in line with my tastes. Had my eye on a very petite brunette and a petite blonde (petite girls are my preferred type), but neither was among the dancers who were circulating, so I opted instead to go in back with a taller, more curvy blonde whom I had a good conversation with.
