I think PHC is by far the best club in Baltimore area. It is in a slightly sketchy mostly abandoned area off the highway near the prison but there is parking across the street in a lot they control and monitor so never an issue. You have to pay for parking in addition to entry cost for the club. Perhaps because it is a bit more expensive to enter the quality is also higher. A good diversity of girls. Several 10s and then some 6s and up. Girls are friendly and not too pushy. They have a main stage area where girls dance for tips. Friendly bar tenders. Prices on drinks are what you would expect in a place like this. They have a few tvs for watching sports too. Mostly patrons are groups of guys but saw a few couples too. Nice vibe if you are willing to drop some money and tip well.
