Ok here we go. Yes this report has been updated since last month. I put asterisks by the brand new reviews for Nelly76. But I have added new insight into some of the ones I’ve gotten to know better too.

New features are my HHP Recommends which means I have direct experience with them in the CR. My HHP ROB Warnings are either via direct experience (like Venus) or a close friend’s experience while I was there. In the case of Sky it was from multiple sources.

Lately we’ve had one of the owners sleeping his truck by the entrance looking like Vito Spatafore at the construction site at 4 am.
