Saturday, Afternoon, at the Hi-Liter

Hadn't been to the HL in a spell so I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon. The club looks almost the same but they put a pole in the corner by the VIP section on the south wall. No idea why. Only one girl used it when I was there and most of the customers couldn't have cared less.

They checked my ID (scanned) and told me the bouncer would help me find a seat. I guess he was helping another because I walked in and seated myself at the bar. Ordered a ginger ale and tipped the bartender $3 on top of the $4 for the sodas. Swiveled in my seat and looked at the talent.

The HL of old is no more, and I've guessing 75% (at least) of the dancers are Cuban. Not an appearance issue but I generally like to chat and feel a dancer out before committing to dances. Not really possible for ladies who don't speak my language so I respectfully decline a couple of offers from ladies who asked, "Ju wanna danz?"
