Pandora's is a Seattle club in the same tradition as the old school Ricks/Sugars/Foxes. A couple stage areas with rotating dancers, a place for customers to sit/drink/chat, a dance area with couches (~$30-40 a dance) and a VIP room provided in 15 min increments with a nominal fee to the club, and completely wide open fee for the dancer (expect about $300 for 15 mins baseline, but what you get for that, is up to you and the lady).
Hot girls in general, depending on your taste. Friendly service. Definitely focused on long-term vs getting as much money from you as they can. Be respectful, but clear about what you want, and you'll be happy.
