Afternoon visit...

Went on a Wed afternoon, did not pay cover. I have been DR/IR several times over the years... this visit was uneventful.

When you walk in, the bar is on the right and stage on the left. The bar is long and double sided - if you walk around and sit on the other side of the bar you are facing the stage... I was not able to sit on that side so I sat on the side that has my back to the stage.

There were about 10 dancers, various ethnicities... about the same number of patrons. Most patrons had a girl sitting w them or hanging out with them - looked like most of these were regulars or at least it looked like they are not seeing each other for the first time.

Got a beer and looked around and at the stage. It appeared that all girls are either on stage or already talking to someone. I tipped a couple of the dancers on stage but after their dances they went to their regulars. One eastern European girl came to me after her dance but I did not get the sense there is any chemistry so I told her no. The girls I would say were generally 7-8... I waited for about an hour to see if a couple girls i had eyes on will free up, sipping bear at the bar. It did not happen, they just sat on the bar chatting with their regulars... somewhat frustrating for me but a good deal for the regulars:)

After the hour passed, I decided to had to one of the other joints in town in search of better luck. I keep trying the day shift at DR with no success - I wonder do I need to show up even earlier? Please share any tips or comments below...
