Afternoon chill at DV8

DV8 is your neighborhood dive bar strip joint with excellent private backlot parking and backdoor entrance. Don't expect high-dollar glitz, perfect bodies, walking 10s, glam dolls here. That's the feature, not the bug. It's a friendly low-key joint without the hard sell.

I dropped in on an afternoon shift a couple weeks ago but I've been 2-3 times in the past 6 months and it's pretty much the same scene every time. Three older dudes at the bar talking with dancers, a cool friendly but no-nonsense bartender, and a stripper working the pole for one or two customers at most. Grabbed a beer and a seat at the rack and enjoyed a couple dancers get nekkid, tipped early/often and showed some appreciation and they did the same. YMMV wildly here, one curvy dancer gave me a sensual micro-lapper there on the rack, another just laid back on the mantle and clacked her Pleasers aggressively like she was angry I was even there. Worried I would lose a finger if I got too close. Another dancer flashed a gemstone butt plug which made me wonder if I was supposed to ask about it? Or would that be rude? Or rude not to ask? I mean it's the only thing she's wearing at a certain point.

After some flirty pole work from the lovely seductive Rose, I took her up on her dance offer. It's the basic Portland rate, $40-50 for a song, $120 for three. I wasn't feeling flush so I went for a single and got a nice cushy ride, hands everywhere but, much mutual fun for a real short time.
