The Best Club in the DTW Scene

Landing Strip is a staple of the legendary strip club scene in the Detroit suburbs near the airport, an area known for it's high mileage and beautiful women. In my opinion, Landing Strip tops the DTW scene.

I had the fortune of having a last minute business trip to Detroit, and I scheduled an extra 24 hours into my plans in order to hit Landing Strip on a Friday night, and Flight Club during a Saturday dayshift. Even accounting for the fact that dayshift is inherently slower, Landing Strip, in my firm opinion, is the better club.

I arrived around 9:30 PM Friday night. Valet was $8 but I'd Lyfted and they let me pass without a hassle. I walked up to the second floor where there's a coat check and a doorman. After paying the $20 cover, the doorman said something indecipherable to me. The music at Landing Strip is always a tad loud.
