Kind of a lame evening
I arrived at Bogarts at 7:30 PM, noting that the parking lot was about half full, and I parked near the entrance of the building, hoping my car was on camera, just in case. Bogie's isn't located in the best part of Inkster, but then again, is there a best part?
I paid the door guy the $5 cover and he handed me a drink ticket. Upon entering, I realized that it was busier than I expected, and I had to settle for a seat up against the main stage. The lighting was dim, and the music was mostly a mix of Rock and Hip Hop.
The room's layout is basically this: once in the door, to the immediate right is the main stage. Further ahead and to the right is the bar, and to the left you'll see the stairs leading up to the dance area. There are maybe six or seven tall tables on the main floor, and tables on the raised area near the stage.
