Inconsistent private dance rules

I stopped by Wacko's on a rainy evening, arriving around 6:30 with plans to check out the afternoon and early evening entertainers. There is no entry fee during the day so I was somewhat surprised when an employee hustled over to the unattended entrance and asked for a $10 entrance fee. No big deal but I asked what time of day the club started charging an entrance fee. The answer was 6PM. I might note that you enter through a metal detector. I'm not convinced that the metal detector is operational. I did not detect my cell phone or car keys.

The club is located in a small shopping plaza that it shares with a liquor store and 1 or 2 other businesses. Parking in the shopping plaza is free but somewhat limited. At times, the lot can get packed. The do provide valet parking but I've never had to use that service. The neighborhood is rundown. Parking in the plaza seems safe but I would be vigilant if I had to park any distance from the club and walk to the club.

The club features three stages where dancers perform. This club serves alcohol so the entertainers are not allowed to perform topless or nude (evidently that is reserved for clubs that do NOT serve alcohol). Nevertheless, many of the dancers perform brief but sexy dances as they rotate through the three stages.
