Millstream Marathon

My last trip to the Millstream was an afternoon visit in early December. This time was an evening visit - and a much longer one - about 5 hours. I arrived at 6:30pm and the club was fairly empty of customers. I expected it to get busier as the even went on, but it must have been a slow night. One dancer remarked that Friday is the busy night there and that Saturdays are often slow.

Easy parking in the lot. No cover charge. A bouncer arrived later but didn't seem to be checking people up on entry. Domestic beer bottles were BOGO for $11. I remembered to ask the bartender if there were any specials this time, since they often don't know or forget to let you know of any deals.

The club was staffed with dancers, but most were with regulars or eating at the bar while playing with their phones. Two song sets with an empty stage song in between. To be honest, the talent was less than I had hoped for and I was getting bored.
