Took a chance on a Monday night
In terms of night shift I hear Mondays are not the best time to go but Monday night was when I had time so Monday night I went. Actually Plan A was to go to Deja Vu Lake City up the road but their large parking lot was completely empty. That's Monday night I guess? Maybe something happened. So I drove a few more minutes down to Rick's. Parking lot had enough cars that I knew they would be open at least.
Paid the $27 cover (bleh) and sat down. Rick's has a long skinny main stage with chairs surrounding, and a less used squarish 2nd stage on the other side of the room. Tonight only the main stage was in use. Only about five girls working. Only about four customers. A waitress brought me my club soda.
I don't usually go at night so I brought a large wad of ones, hoping the stage would get a lot of use and I'd just do a bunch of stage tipping. It didn't work out that way though. The first girl on stage wasn't doing it for me. A medium built black girl had come and started chatting before I even got my drink. She was nice enough but not exactly my type and I didn't want to commit yet. I sat a few more minutes and then a cute young milf spinner (probably early 30s) named Nina sat down by me and started touching my neck and arms and legs. Usually when girls do this they're a little too aggressive or just bad at it. But Nina was neither, she was not in a hurry to sell dances and was giving off vibes of "I'll show you a good time." So even though it was not my original plan, when she offered me 15 minutes in a VIP room for $200, including whatever they charge for the club fee, I thought it a chance worth taking.
