Bland Tuesday Afternoon

The Treasure Club is on a main road in Hickory in a stand alone building. Parking lot is kinda small compared to the size of the club, but no problem finding a spot during the day. The area the club is in seems pretty safe.

After showing ID at the front desk area, you walk into a large bar portion of the club separate from the stage. There is a long bar along the front wall and pool tables on the far end. Drinks are comparable to other NC clubs. I paid less than $5 for an IPA on draft. The other part of the club is where the stage is located. There are plenty of tables and chairs in this area. A stage runs along the back wall with one runway that comes out into the room a bit. The chairs and carpet are a little shabby; everything is clean but old.

There were 5 or 6 dancers working the day shift. Most were not very attractive and I had no interest in tipping or getting dances from them. There were 2 dancers that had my attention, a younger brunette and an older blonde. I tipped the brunette when she was onstage, but she went and sat with a regular as soon as she was off stage. I then tipped the blonde when she went up. She ended up sitting down with me and chatting for a bit after her set. I enjoyed the conversation and thought she was sexy, so we did some dances. Dance was $20 per song and was a pretty good grind.

The day shift at Treasure Club is pretty bland, not a lot of girls there and fewer pretty ones. I probably will not return during a weekday, but would be open to experiencing it at night.
